Themed Parties

Hi! My name is Bex and I have been hosting themed parties for three years now!

The kids pick the theme they would like and I then write them a letter the week before to help them get all excited and then on the day, host fun themed games (in crazy costumes), bring a themed craft activity and the disco! I have had some interesting themes thrown at me; Monster Trucks, Ugly Bug Ball, Star Wars, and Shopkins as just a few examples! 

 

If the child is under 5, has additional needs or just desperate to get involved in the planning, then I offer a free pre party consultation which means we can meet before hand, chat about their party to help make it as personal and memorable as possible.

I always arrive as early as possible to set up and explain the games and format to the child before their friends arrive just to make sure that they don't feel overwhelmed with anything! 

We don't promote or even mention our name at parties so the bookings are all from recommendations / word of mouth and our facebook page which is updated regularly. 

I can host of up to 40 kiddies and have a standard fee of £165 for 2 hours or £150 for 1.5 hours.

 

I also manage Wadsley Church Hall so if you need a venue then that can be arranged also at £12 per hour and a one off fee of £6 for the kitchen making your party mega easy to organise and stress free.
