I think the Queen of Hearts has got to be my favourite character to dress up as. I LOVE Alice in Wonderland and the Queen of Hearts is so extravagate and ridiculously over the top with the fiery red hair and bright blue eye make up and vibrant red lip stick!
Her first appearance was at the Wonderland charity event we organised back in 2016 which raised £1,100 for the Sheffield Children's Hospital and the Special Care Baby Unit.
Since then the Queen of Hearts has graced her presence at Alice in Wonderland themed children's parties, she has face painted at Bluebell Wood's Children's Hospice and even went on a train adventure to Goole with her 4 year old at the time (he was a spaceman).
The latest venture being a brisk (mile) walk up to school - yes she really should learn to drive! to read the Alice in Wonderland pop up book to the reception children at Loxley Primary School for World Book day!
